Premiering at the second Tiki Kon in 2007, this homage to Florida’s Mai Kai features coffeee, passion fruit, vanilla, pineapple, lime, & a rich-blended or dark Jamaica rum. in 2023, we again served this at the final Tiki Kon.

1 oz lime juice
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz Dark Magic syrup (Coffee, Passion Fruit, Vanilla)
2 oz Dark Jamaica rum
dashes Bitters, Herbsaint

Flash blend with 6 oz crushed ice and dump into 2006 Tiki Kon mug or a footed snifter. Garnish: Splanked Mint
