The Cyclone’s Eye was created in 2024 as the signature cocktail for Beachcomber Bash in Ocean Shores, Washington. It features and highlights The Society’s own Cyclone Syrup to create a bewilderingly complex, yet simple flavor construction.

Cyclone’s Eye
1 oz fresh pressed lemon juice
1 oz Cyclone Syrup
2 oz Aged Jamaica Rum (recommended: Worthy Park 109) or Jamaica/Demerara at 1oz ea

Flash blend with 8oz crushed ice and dump into collins glass. Garnish with thinly sliced lemon wheel(s).
